Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior E-Learning Designer to join our content team. This is an ideal entry-level position for graduates or those desiring to enter the cybersecurity sector. You will work alongside experienced colleagues to develop your content creation skills while contributing to our e-learning materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Publish new and updated course content on the e-learning platform.
- Utilize AI-driven workflows to generate, review, and refine course questions and educational content.
- Perform routine evaluations of existing courses to update and maintain clarity, relevance, and currency.
- Produce translated course versions using in-house translation tools and coordinate with native speakers to resolve localization challenges.
- Create e-learning videos employing tools such as Synthesia and ensure seamless integration into courses.
- Manage and update the translated video content library.
- Handle course-related support queries by investigating issues and updating content appropriately.
- Analyze customer feedback to propose enhancements for courses and operational processes.
- Learn to plan, develop, review, and publish engaging cybersecurity and compliance training spanning various subjects.
- Progress towards independently managing courses from conception through to publication.
Candidate Profile
No prior experience in e-learning, cybersecurity, or SaaS is necessary; all essential knowledge and skills will be taught. Ideal candidates are inquisitive, eager to learn, and adept problem solvers. They demonstrate proactive behavior, embrace experimentation and learning from mistakes, have a keen eye for effective and audience-appropriate content, and respond constructively to feedback. Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential; additional language skills are advantageous.
Working Arrangement
- Full-time permanent role (37.5 hours/week).
- Three-month probation period.
- Remote-first position based anywhere in the UK with monthly team days requiring travel to Manchester (travel expenses reimbursed).
- Flexible working hours with core period 10am–4pm.
- Early finish at 2pm on Fridays allowing early start to the weekend.
- Regular team interaction via video calls and one-on-one support.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary ranges between £28,000 and £30,000 per year.
