Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Designer to join our in-house studio during a pivotal growth phase. This role involves working across an exciting portfolio of venues and brands, contributing to campaign materials, brand development, and creative projects with a focus on quality and craftsmanship. Ideal candidates will have strong design instincts, a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for cultural and experiential live events.

Responsibilities

Support the creative team in producing high-quality design output.
Create and develop brand templates and presentation materials.
Adhere to in-house brand guidelines to deliver on-brand promotional content.
Contribute ideas for creative campaigns across the venue portfolio.
Collaborate on establishing new entertainment and corporate brands.
Work closely with marketing to meet deadlines while maintaining design standards.
Conduct research to support new creative initiatives.
Communicate training needs and actively engage in personal development.
Foster a work culture aligned with Broadwick’s values.
Perform additional duties as required.

Candidate Requirements

1 to 3 years of professional design experience.
A compelling portfolio demonstrating brand work and innovative concepts.
Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and maintain composure.
Openness to feedback and capacity for constructive criticism.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Commitment to exceeding project goals.
Comfort presenting and explaining design work.
Self-driven with strong teamwork skills.
Solid understanding of branding and identity principles.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, and enthusiasm for motion graphics.
Knowledgeable about typography, layout, and print, digital, and motion media.
Good photographic sensibility.

Preferred Additional Skills

Relevant design degree.
Familiarity with AutoCAD and architectural design principles.
Interest in 3D modeling software.
Experience with video editing.
Interest in web development.
