Job Overview
We are looking for a Junior Design Engineer to join our team at Cess Controls based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This role focuses on creating accurate electrical drawings and supporting the senior design engineering team within panel design and BOM preparation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and prepare electrical drawings following approved specifications and established standards.
- Collaborate with the Senior Design Engineer to assist in designing panels and preparing Bills of Materials.
- Update and modify drawings according to feedback from customers or production teams.
- Ensure all drawings meet ISO 9001:2015 documentation standards for quality and compliance.
- Maintain proper version control and ensure traceability for all design documents.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality Control departments to clarify design aspects as needed.
- Support the entry of BOM and design-related data into the ERP system.
- Keep organized records of design documents both digitally and physically.
- Implement and follow 5S workplace organization principles in the design office and document storage areas.
- Assist with internal and external design audits by providing required documentation and support.
