Role Overview

Key Duties

• Perform statistical analyses and explore datasets to generate actionable insights.

• Conduct exploratory data analysis to support strategic decision-making and operational planning.
• Help construct and maintain data pipelines for efficient data collection and integration.
• Work collaboratively with data scientists, engineers, and cross-functional teams to refine data processes.
• Create scripts and tools to automate repetitive processes and increase efficiency.
• Support efforts to improve data quality, organization, and accessibility.
• Apply basic experimental methods to test hypotheses and analyze results.
• Participate in enhancing data infrastructure, workflows, and analytic capabilities.
• Identify data inconsistencies, gaps, and opportunities to optimize data usage.
• Engage in team meetings, project discussions, and knowledge-sharing activities.

Educational Background

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or another related quantitative discipline.

Required Competencies

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools including Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong grasp of statistical methods and modeling techniques.
• Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of cloud-based big data technologies.
• Capability to clearly communicate technical findings to a non-technical audience.
• Understanding of intelligence analysis procedures and mission-driven requirements.
• Experience handling both structured and unstructured data in complex scenarios.

Experience

Between zero to two years of relevant experience in data science, analytics, machine learning, or a similar technical field is expected.
