Role overview
The Junior Data Analyst contributes to informed business and operations decisions by gathering, structuring, examining, and interpreting information. The position focuses on turning raw data into practical insights through reporting, validation, and foundational analysis. Key responsibilities

Qualifications and skills
The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a closely related discipline. A solid grasp of basic data analysis concepts and elementary statistical principles is expected. Familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, and reporting platforms is important, along with the ability to work through large volumes of information methodically. Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability are essential. Exposure to data visualization concepts is a plus. The role also calls for clear communication, the ability to work both independently and with others, and some prior exposure through internships, academic assignments, or practical data-related work.
