Junior Accountant

Role Overview

Home Sweet Home Real Estate Dubai is seeking a meticulous Junior Accountant to join their finance team in Dubai. This role involves handling various accounting functions within the real estate sector, particularly focusing on commissions and brokerage accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash flow, handle bank transactions, and perform reconciliations.
• Prepare invoices and manage accounts receivable and payable processes.
• Compute and process commissions for brokers and agents.
• Assist in generating monthly financial reports, supporting VAT documentation, and executing both month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Have at least one year of professional accounting experience within a real estate brokerage environment (mandatory).
• Demonstrate practical understanding of WPS payroll systems and real estate commission calculations.
• Proficient in accounting tools such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, or equivalent software, alongside strong skills in Excel.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations is advantageous; fluency in English is required, and Arabic language skills are preferred.
• Exhibit strong detail orientation, ethical integrity, and the capability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.

Additional Information

Position salary is budgeted at AED 5000 per month.
