Job Details

Positions available on a part-time or full-time basis
Evening shifts
Pay rate: $14 per hour
Weekly compensation

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain various floor types by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
Use chemical cleaners and equipment responsibly to avoid damage
Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, meeting spaces, hallways, and entryways
Dispose of trash properly, including using compactors when necessary
Clean windows, glass panels, and mirrors with suitable products and tools
Spot-clean carpets and assist with carpet extraction and shampooing tasks
Restock paper goods and sanitary items regularly
Adhere to established housekeeping schedules
Operate heavy cleaning machinery like floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers occasionally
Perform other duties as assigned based on client requirements

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent, or six months minimum experience in janitorial work
Ability to learn on the job
Strong attention to detail
Capable of following instructions efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

Prior cleaning or janitorial experience desirable
Familiarity with commercial cleaning norms and custodial practices
Knowledge of floor care processes such as buffing and waxing
Experience with industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance advantageous
