About the Role
We are seeking an IT System Administrator to manage and support IT infrastructure for one of our partners. The role primarily focuses on administering Hyper-V clusters running Windows Server 2019 and 2025, along with the management of Active Directory, Group Policies, Aruba switches, Sophos firewall, Office 365, Swyx phone systems, and Veeam backup solutions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee both hardware and software aspects of the IT environment to ensure smooth operation.
- Provide first and second level helpdesk support to company staff to resolve IT issues promptly.
- Handle the full lifecycle management of IT assets including setup and maintenance of workstations.
Candidate Requirements
- Completed qualification as an IT System Integration Specialist or equivalent.
- Initial relevant professional experience in IT system administration.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities paired with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a structured and solution-driven manner.
- Team-oriented mentality with a focus on delivering high service standards.
- Proficiency in English language.
