Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support to employees.
• Manage and work within the ticketing system (JIRA).
• Procure hardware and software and setup technical workstations.
• Install and test software applications.
• Manage Microsoft Active Directory.
• Document and standardize routine administrative tasks.
• Support various IT projects.
• Provide remote assistance to national and international locations.
• Coordinate with external service providers.
• Perform client support and troubleshooting.
• Monitor, analyze trends, and report on infrastructure performance.

Candidate Profile

• Completed IT vocational training such as specialist IT systems integration or equivalent qualifications.
• Reliable, quality-focused, and team-oriented work approach.
• Excellent communication skills with fluent German and English proficiency.
• Experience in customer contact is advantageous as employees are considered customers.
• Good knowledge of current operating systems (Windows 10) and Microsoft products.
• Basic understanding of network infrastructures.
• Strong interest in data privacy, data security, and digital work environments, as these align with the company's core competencies.
• Open and respectful interpersonal skills and a clear understanding of the role as a service provider.
