Background Check and Screening
All employment offers depend on successful completion of a background check and drug screening. These checks are handled in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Candidates may need to provide written consent before any screening begins. A criminal record does not automatically disqualify an applicant; each result is evaluated individually based on the responsibilities of the role.
