Role Overview

The IT Service Management Coordinator is responsible for supporting the entire service lifecycle within the Business Service function. This role focuses on analyzing service level compliance and generating reports on the operational health of the business services relative to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by utilizing IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and related data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure adherence to IT SLAs and performance standards through ITSM platforms.
  • Utilize data from incident, change, and request management processes to assess service level fulfillment as part of the Business Service Scorecard.
  • Manage purchase requisitions and invoice processing, including tracking contracts with IT vendors, software licenses, and preparing expenditure analysis to enhance cost transparency.
  • Collaborate with the Business Service Controller to support budgeting and forecasting aligned with IT financial management and service cost projections.
  • Recommend and implement improvements in IT service delivery processes, such as developing operational dashboards and analyzing service performance to maintain or enhance service quality.
  • Administer access control for IT consultants, ensuring provisioning and deprovisioning comply with IT security and compliance standards.
  • Address basic IT service customer complaints and perform escalations necessary to ensure timely resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
