Overview
Join Aleef Techs GmbH in Düsseldorf as an IT Onsite Support Specialist, tasked with delivering direct, face-to-face IT assistance to our clients. This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network difficulties to support flawless business functions.
Primary Duties
- Serve as the initial contact for IT support, efficiently managing incidents, requests, and service inquiries with professionalism.
- Provide network-related support to assure connectivity, stability, and system security onsite.
- Design, develop, and update modern and responsive websites and web applications aligning with client requirements and current industry norms.
- Lead the creation, deployment, and enhancement of cloud platforms using major providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Essential Qualifications
- Proven experience in onsite IT support and IT service desk operations, with good problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
- Strong client-facing skills and familiarity with ticket management systems.
- Practical knowledge of networking equipment, protocols, and ability to rapidly identify and fix network problems.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and contemporary frameworks; experience using CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Established experience with public cloud architecture, migration tasks, and cloud security best practices; relevant certifications preferred.
- Currently pursuing an IT or Networking degree with foundational understanding of networking concepts and willingness to learn.
Additional Expertise & Responsibilities
- Hardware procurement for IT needs.
- Handling IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) tasks and various project involvements.
- Implementing data erasure solutions and managing migrations.
- Conducting Wi-Fi surveys and providing onsite engineering services.
- Offering UI/UX design, website and software development, alongside app development capabilities.
