IT Officer

About the Role

Our client, a leading construction company engaged in a high-profile project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a proficient IT Officer to join their quality team on location. This position focuses on managing software administration and user access within the project environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage security groups, assigning users appropriately to maintain secure operations.
• Oversee the authorization forms process, coordinating with various entities to ensure compliance.
• Conduct training sessions for new users to facilitate smooth platform adoption.
• Configure and customize software forms in line with specific project needs.
• Handle administration of data generated by project users and adjust configurations throughout project stages.
• Perform regular data extraction, transformation, and preparation of dashboards for monitoring purposes.
• Collaborate with software providers to address and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Develop scripts and utilize APIs to streamline software processes and integrations.

Candidate Profile

• Possess proficiency in programming languages suitable for scripting and API usage.
• Have a minimum of two years’ experience working as a software administrator.
• Hold a degree qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
