Overview
Are you interested in gaining hands-on experience in IT support within a renowned global company? Join us for a minimum six-month internship at The LEGO Group's Singapore Hub, where teamwork, quality, and enjoyment are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-user assistance by resolving incidents and fulfilling service requests promptly.
- Install and configure computer hardware, systems, and software applications at the Singapore regional office (Singhub).
- Deliver onsite support to address physical IT issues effectively.
About the Role
This position is part of the Global End-User Support team dedicated to supporting technology usage and enhancing productivity at Singhub. Your efforts will ensure colleagues have reliable IT infrastructure to stay connected and efficient.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess a diploma or higher qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT infrastructure concepts.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
