About the Role

Supreme Paper Mills Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Inventory Executive to join the Inventory/Stores department. This is a full-time role based in Chakdah, West Bengal, with responsibilities covering Chakdah, Kalyani, and Ranaghat locations. The monthly remuneration ranges between ₹12,000 and ₹20,000 depending on experience and skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain precise inventory and stock data using Tally ERP software.
Prepare and cross-verify purchase and sales invoices accurately.
Manage the creation and processing of E-Way Bills efficiently.
Track stock movement closely to uphold inventory correctness.
Perform reconciliation of physical stock with digital records to ensure consistency.
Liaise effectively with Sales, Purchase, Accounts, and Logistics departments for smooth operations.
Maintain proper documentation and submit reports punctually.

Requirements

Male candidates with a minimum age of 30 years.
Experience ranging from 1 to 5 years in inventory-related roles.
Proficiency in Tally ERP software.
Knowledge of E-Way Bill management processes.
Capability in invoice preparation and verification.
Ability to conduct inventory stock reconciliation.
Basic competency in Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

Applicants with a detail-oriented mindset and strong organizational capabilities.
Effective communication and coordination skills.
Previous experience within manufacturing, warehousing, or paper industries is advantageous.

Additional Information

This opportunity is open exclusively to male candidates aged at least 30 years. The position requires working onsite in Chakdah and nearby locations.
