Job Summary
This internship opportunity is designed for candidates interested in gaining practical experience at the Delhi North & Central branches of a major finance company. The role provides hands-on exposure across various branch activities, focusing on customer interaction and financial service processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately document new KYC (Know Your Customer) details for clients.
- Perform cross-selling and upselling of the organization's financial products using internal canvassing methods.
- Make calls for interest collection from clients.
- Engage in win-back activities and manage loans to existing customers (NLEC).
- Follow up on leads and client data through click-to-call systems (C2C).
- Participate in branch-level marketing activities under the supervision of the branch head.
- Collect references from existing customers to generate new leads.
- Conduct follow-ups on takeover data and perform outreach in catchment areas alongside branch managers.
- Assist with follow-ups related to Non-Performing Assets (NPA).
Additional Information
- The internship duration is six months.
- Working hours are 10 AM to 2 PM.
- Interviews are conducted face-to-face (F2F).
- The internship location will be at branches in Delhi North and Central.
- Successful completion of the internship and assessment may lead to a pre-placement opportunity as Junior Relationship Executive (JRE) or Customer Care Executive (CCE).
