Key Responsibilities

• Field inbound calls from customers based in the United States.
• Effectively persuade and close sales of telecom products and services.
• Establish rapport with clients to facilitate successful deal closures.
• Operate within multiple telecom processes according to project assignments and personal skill set.

Candidate Profile

• Fluent English-speaking ability, capable of maintaining two-minute conversations on general topics confidently and without hesitation.
• Clear diction, comprehensive grammar usage, and natural conversational flow are mandatory.
• Strong sales skills with the aptitude to convince and close deals.
• Energetic and positive attitude combined with eagerness to learn.
• Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to think quickly under pressure.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly remuneration ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹37,000, contingent on interview performance.
• A monthly travel allowance of ₹3,000 is provided; however, cab services are not included.
