International BPO Executive - Customer Support Associate (Voice & Chat)

Job Overview

This position offers an immediate opening for a Customer Support Associate handling international clients, primarily in US banking, through voice and chat channels. The role requires fluency in English and prior international BPO experience. The work location is onsite at Noida Sector 60 with rotational shifts and competitive compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer assistance mainly via voice (70%) and chat (30%) for US banking customers.
• Maintain high-quality communication and problem resolution with international clientele.

Job Requirements

• Fluent English speaking and writing skills essential for client interactions.
• Minimum of six months experience in an international BPO environment.
• Graduate or undergraduate candidates are eligible.
• Maximum age limit of 35 years.

Work Schedule and Compensation

• 10-hour shifts including 9 hours productive work and 1 hour break.
• Rotational shifts operating 24x7 with five working days and rotational weekly off.
• Salary package around ₹50,700 CTC with an approximate in-hand of ₹39,800 monthly.
• Incentives ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹15,000 additionally.
