International BPO Executive

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic candidates for an International BPO Executive position focused on sales training and lead generation. Suitable for freshers or individuals with over a year of experience in sales who possess strong communication abilities. The work schedule follows US timings (5:30 pm to 2:30 am) with no cab facility, and the role is based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop sales opportunities by identifying new leads and nurturing them through personalized outreach using LinkedIn and AI-based tools.
• Build, maintain, and score prospect databases through cold calling and email campaigns.
• Schedule appointments with qualified leads and hand over to sales closers.
• Handle objections, provide detailed product information, negotiate terms, and successfully close sales deals.
• Achieve and surpass defined sales targets while establishing long-term rapport with customers and senior executives.
• Manage complex negotiations and business development with new and existing customers.

Required Qualifications and Eligibility

• Minimum education of 12th grade pass.
• Applicants up to 37 years old; only male candidates considered.
• Freshers or individuals with some sales experience who demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-driven, resilient, with a passion for meeting and surpassing targets.

Work Schedule and Conditions

• Office-based position in Bangalore with a high-energy, no-nonsense environment.
• Shift from 5:30 pm to 2:30 am (US timings), Monday to Friday with weekends off.
• Must be able to commute independently; no transportation provided.
• Immediate joining preferred.
• Male candidates only; bike ownership suggested.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranges from 20,000 to 31,000 INR, commensurate with experience and performance.
