직무 설명
About the Role
This position involves handling US-based collections, specifically contacting US customers who are overdue in credit card payments by up to 90 days. The primary responsibility is to communicate effectively with customers to facilitate payment completion over the phone.
Work Schedule and Shift Details
The role requires working rotational night shifts from 5:30 PM to 10:00 AM. Employees will work five days a week and receive two days off on a rotating basis.
Eligibility and Educational Requirements
Applicants must have completed at least Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) education. Both freshers and experienced individuals from BPO or non-BPO backgrounds with SSC or HSC qualifications are eligible to apply.
Compensation
The salary offered will be decided based on the performance in the final round of the interview and ranges between 18,000 and 32,000 INR monthly.
