About the Company
Our client is a manufacturing company part of a major conglomerate with interests in manufacturing and publishing. The company produces ethanol using raw materials such as rice grains, maize, and corn. Their plant is located near Thiruvellore, close to Chennai.
Job Overview
We are seeking an Internal Audit Executive with at least two years of experience in internal auditing within a manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for conducting financial, operational, and compliance audits, performing process mapping by documenting workflows, identifying gaps in controls, and recommending improvements. The role demands strong attention to detail and a thorough understanding of auditing principles, financial controls, and business procedures.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on accounting.
- Minimum of two years experience in internal audit within a manufacturing company.
- Skilled in using MS Office and working within ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical abilities, along with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills to foster effective relationships.
