직무 설명
Position
We are hiring interns to help with an upcoming made-to-order event. This role offers practical exposure to luxury retail processes, guest interaction, and event delivery.
Work Period
The assignment runs during two separate windows: 20 July 2026 to 26 July 2026, and 1 September 2026 to 20 September 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team with event preparation and on-site setup.
- Assist Client Advisors during appointments and fitting sessions.
- Organize made-to-order samples and fabrics, and help with product displays.
- Keep the event area tidy and ensure presentation quality is maintained.
- Greet visitors and guide them through the event experience.
- Help manage stock movement and replenishment.
- Carry out other administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Profile
The ideal candidate should have an interest in luxury fashion and customer experience, along with strong communication and people skills. A polished appearance, professional manner, and a service-focused attitude are important. Candidates should also be comfortable working in a busy environment and available for weekend or evening events when required.
