Carry out intake assessments and observations to gauge trainees' capabilities and suggest suitable placements.
Design and implement vocational readiness and life skills training aimed at equipping trainees for employment and independent living.
Keep detailed records of assessments, trainee progress, and maintain documentation regularly.
Work collaboratively with caregivers, program teams, employers, and other relevant parties to aid trainees' growth and ensure smooth transitions.

Possess a Diploma or Degree in Special Education, Social Work, Psychology, Education, Occupational Therapy, or related fields.
Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism in areas such as assessment, vocational training, or transition programs is preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, assessment, facilitation, and documentation capabilities.
A deep passion for supporting individuals with special needs and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
