About the Role
Bathsy is looking to hire an Inside Sales Executive to join its inside sales team based in Bengaluru. The position involves managing inbound and outbound leads, arranging site visits, and converting prospects into customers for Bathsy's premium shower enclosure products.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with leads generated via Zoho CRM, the company's website, and marketing initiatives, ensuring timely follow-up communications.
- Initiate outbound calls and follow up via WhatsApp and email to qualify potential customers, understand their needs, and provide product details and quotations.
- Arrange appointments for on-site demonstrations of shower enclosures and coordinate seamlessly with field and sales teams for these visits.
- Deliver compelling virtual product demonstrations, including calls, video sessions, and walkthroughs of catalogs to emphasize features, customization options, and value propositions.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, deal progress, and next steps within Zoho CRM, keeping the sales pipeline healthy along with daily activity metrics.
- Strive to meet monthly goals related to qualified meetings arranged, proposals sent out, and successful sales conversions, with proactive follow-ups on outstanding quotations.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities, including accessories, premium hardware, and annual maintenance contracts or after-sales services.
- Provide organized feedback to marketing and operations teams concerning lead quality, customer objections, and emerging market trends to enhance campaigns and product offerings.
