Job Summary
We are seeking Inside Sales Executives / Telecallers to join our team at our Noida location. The position involves engaging with customers via phone, understanding their wellness needs, and advising them on appropriate Ayurvedic wellness solutions. This role requires building trustworthy relationships and managing customer follow-ups to sustain long-term connections.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers through telephone communications to explain and promote Aryavart Ayurveda's wellness consultation services.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable wellness plans accordingly.
- Establish trust using professional and empathetic communication skills.
- Conduct follow-ups with interested customers to nurture relationships over time.
- Keep precise records of customer interactions and consistently meet daily sales targets.
