Role Overview
Biomerica, Inc. is hiring a remote, full-time Inside Sales & Customer Success Representative to support the commercial launch and growth of its diagnostics business, with a current focus on InFoods® IBS. This position combines inside sales, customer success, and account support for healthcare providers. You will collaborate with field sales representatives and leadership to identify, convert, onboard, and support new provider accounts while helping ensure strong ongoing adoption and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with the sales team to assess, develop, and close healthcare provider accounts across gastroenterology, internal medicine, telemedicine, integrative/functional medicine, wellness, concierge, and value-based care segments.
- Support account adoption by helping providers with onboarding, workflow improvements, and patient engagement approaches.
- Handle both incoming inquiries and proactive outbound prospecting to grow and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential accounts.
- Provide responsive customer support, solve issues, and help ensure smooth and effective use of the product.
- Represent the customer’s perspective by sharing feedback, needs, and market intelligence with internal teams.
- Help strengthen the team by contributing to growth efforts and developing scalable best practices for a fast-changing business area.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer success, or account management; experience in healthcare or diagnostics is preferred.
- Strong ability to communicate and build trust with healthcare providers and their staff.
- Comfort working in a high-speed, early-stage environment where priorities may shift quickly.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, virtual communication tools, and pipeline tracking.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to take strong ownership of responsibilities.
