Role Summary

As an Innovation Consultant, you will help organizations build stronger innovation capabilities. The role involves shaping tailored innovation programs, running ideation and design thinking workshops, and supporting teams through the full innovation journey from idea generation to scaling. You will also analyze market signals, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to uncover opportunities, while coaching teams and measuring outcomes to ensure innovation efforts create real business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate current innovation maturity and identify areas where the organization can improve its innovation practices.
• Develop customized innovation initiatives that align with business goals and solve specific organizational challenges.
• Facilitate ideation workshops and design thinking sessions that encourage creative problem-solving and new concept development.
• Support the full innovation lifecycle, including concept creation, prototyping, testing, and scaling of successful ideas.
• Study market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to reveal new opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Create strong business cases and implementation plans for promising initiatives, ensuring they are practical and aligned with financial and operational priorities.
• Train and coach teams on innovation methods, tools, and best practices to help build a collaborative innovation culture.
• Define KPIs, track progress, and report on the impact of innovation programs to stakeholders, using results to refine future strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or a related discipline.
• 2 to 6 years of experience in innovation management, emerging technology implementation, or management consulting.
• Experience in strategy and operations consulting, corporate strategy, or innovation roles within a global organization is relevant.
• Strong research ability for both business and technology topics related to products.
• Solid understanding of platform and automation ecosystems.
• Excellent presentation and visual communication skills.
• PMP, ITIL, or TOGAF certification is preferred.
