The Advisory division offers risk consulting, management consulting, and transaction & restructuring services designed to assist clients in mitigating risk, enhancing performance, and creating value amidst growing regulatory demands and market transparency. The Governance, Risk & Compliance Services team helps organizations manage business risks and operational challenges through customized solutions that align with the dynamic business environment.
Role Summary
We invite motivated individuals to join as an Industrial Trainee in our Risk Advisory service line based in Gurugram. This full-time, year-long training program aims to provide solid, practical experience in the financial services sector, specifically around audits of banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs). Candidates who have cleared CA Foundation in 2025 or completed both groups of CA Intermediate are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Support concurrent audits of financial institutions including banks and NBFCs.
- Accurately prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external auditors during audit processes.
- Assist in identifying, remediating, and tracking control deficiencies.
- Keep abreast of updates to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Successful completion of CA Foundation in 2025; preference for those who have cleared both CA Intermediate groups.
- A bachelor’s degree in commerce, accounting, or finance.
- Prior internship or articleship experience in audit or financial services is advantageous.
- Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or Oracle.
- Analytical thinking with high attention to detail.
- Effective communication and documentation capabilities.
- Ability to operate independently and in collaborative team settings.
- A strong desire to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
