Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of incident management by ensuring prompt handling and appropriate escalation of incidents.
- Coordinate efforts among technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to expedite incident resolution.
- Act as the central communication hub and decision-maker during incidents.
- Manage communications across all organizational levels, from technical staff to executive leadership.
- Analyze incident data to identify recurring issues and trends.
- Ensure proper documentation of incidents according to the established Incident Management process.
- Monitor and report on Incident Management aligned with key performance indicators.
- Conduct post-incident reviews to extract lessons learned and confirm the completion of improvement measures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare MAS incident reports, particularly for RI/PNI incidents.
- Lead initiatives aimed at improving performance based on incident analyses.
Requirements
- 4 to 5 years of experience handling incident management within financial institutions or regulated environments.
- Preferred ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification.
- Additional certifications in technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Cisco are advantageous.
- Strong understanding of MAS Technology Risk Management Guidelines (TRMG).
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, and cloud platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise in performing complex root cause analyses and incident resolution in multi-vendor and multi-platform settings.
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools like ELK or SolarWinds is beneficial.
