About the Role
Altruist Technologies Pvt Ltd is urgently hiring for the position of Customer Support Executive focusing on inbound queries for TITAN, based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The role involves addressing customer concerns and delivering high-quality service in a semi-voice environment.
Responsibilities
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries received via phone calls.
- Providing solutions to customer issues efficiently and maintaining service quality.
- Accurately documenting interactions and ensuring appropriate follow-up actions.
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification of PUC (Pre-University Course) or higher.
- At least six months of experience in inbound customer support; freshers are not eligible.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi languages, meeting Versant Level 4 standards.
- Excellent communication skills without any speech impediments (No MTI).
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary range from ₹23,000 to ₹28,000 CTC.
- Rotational work shifts with one rotational weekly off.
