Role Summary
Flanigan’s is looking for an ID Checker to support bartenders, servers, assistant managers, and the wider team by helping ensure compliance with Florida state laws. The role calls for someone who is friendly, alert, and approachable, while helping maintain the welcoming atmosphere the brand is known for.
Key Duties
- Keep an eye on activity throughout the restaurant and help maintain order.
- Provide support to management whenever assistance is required.
Physical and Language Requirements
- Ability to see, communicate clearly, listen carefully, and read and write in English.
- Must be able to remain standing and move around at a brisk pace for up to four hours at a time.
- Should be able to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, and frequently lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Needs the ability to reach, grasp, coordinate movements, and handle tools and equipment safely.
Licensing Requirement
A valid Florida State “D” license is required.
Work Schedule
This position follows a five-day work week.
