Human Resources Manager

About the Role

This opportunity involves supporting senior leaders and department managers by providing essential guidance and oversight to operational and functional teams. The role includes representing the organization during management appeal hearings, grievance processes, and employment tribunal proceedings. You will also contribute to company training initiatives and deliver employee presentations associated with newly acquired contracts.

Handling employee relations inquiries from regional teams that might escalate to disciplinary procedures is a key responsibility. Furthermore, quarterly analysis of labor turnover data and reporting the insights are required. Ensuring adherence to both company policies and legal health and safety standards is a critical part of this job.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior management and department heads with effective guidance of operations and functional teams.
• Act as company representative during management appeal interviews, grievance appeals, and employment tribunals.
• Assist and facilitate training programs and employee presentations linked to new contracts.
• Manage employee relations queries regionally that may lead to disciplinary actions.
• Conduct quarterly analysis and reporting of labor turnover information.
• Maintain compliance with company and statutory health and safety requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Prior experience in human resources, ideally within a multi-site environment.
• Background in operational management is advantageous.
• Excellent abilities in team building, communication, and collaboration.
• Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and IT tools used for record keeping.
• Capable of working autonomously with strong problem-solving skills and diverse workload management.
