Job description
Overview
We are seeking a Human Resource Executive (HR Generalist) to join our team in Anandpur Sahib, Punjab. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, attendance management, employee engagement, and compliance adherence. This position will involve end-to-end management of HR operations and support across various activities within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle and oversee onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee documentation and update HR records regularly.
- Process attendance data, manage leave requests, and coordinate payroll activities.
- Support and participate in employee engagement initiatives.
- Respond to employee inquiries and assist with daily HR operational tasks.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- Facilitate performance appraisal processes and employee training programs.
- Organize and maintain comprehensive employee files and generate periodic HR reports as needed.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 2 years experience working as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment processes, payroll, attendance management, and general HR operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
- Basic understanding of labor laws is advantageous.
- Fluency in Punjabi language, including reading, writing, and speaking skills, is mandatory.
