Role Overview

The position of HubSpot Architect is a full-time remote opportunity centered on designing, deploying, and refining HubSpot solutions that bolster marketing, sales, and customer success functions. Responsibilities include converting business demands into scalable HubSpot system designs, customising CRM entities and workflows, integrating HubSpot with other MarTech tools and business software, and maintaining data integrity and system performance. The role requires engaging with stakeholders to establish requirements and use cases, creating technical design documentation, overseeing implementation and customization processes, and offering expert advice and problem resolution for teams and clients. Additionally, the architect supports ongoing improvements to campaigns, reporting, and automation initiatives.

Key Qualifications

• Advanced expertise in HubSpot solution architecture and scalable CRM/MarTech system design.
• Hands-on experience in software development using HubSpot APIs and related customization tools.
• Strong ability to integrate HubSpot with third-party systems and databases via APIs and middleware technologies.
• Demonstrated project management skills encompassing requirements analysis, planning, stakeholder engagement, and delivery monitoring.
• Proficiency in designing and enhancing CRM, marketing automation, and sales enablement workflows within HubSpot or equivalent platforms.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem solving, and documentation abilities for translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse, distributed teams.
• Background in digital marketing, marketing technology, or consulting environments is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
