Responsibilities
As an HR Specialist focused on onboarding, you will manage the entire new hire onboarding journey. This includes sending welcome communications, coordinating and participating in Webex welcome calls, overseeing background check processes, ensuring compliance steps are followed, and distributing orientation and training schedules. Your role spans from the moment a candidate accepts an offer until they officially join the organization, requiring a high commitment to customer service and effective communication.
