About the Role
We are seeking an HR Recruiter to spearhead the recruitment efforts at our organization. This role involves managing the end-to-end hiring process, starting from understanding the workforce needs in different departments, to ensuring smooth onboarding of new hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with department heads to grasp detailed hiring requirements.
- Advertise job vacancies on various online job portals and social media channels.
- Identify potential candidates by using job boards, referrals, and active networking.
- Evaluate resumes thoroughly and shortlist candidates who meet the job criteria.
- Conduct initial HR screenings and telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Arrange interviews between shortlisted candidates and respective hiring managers.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date candidate records in recruitment databases.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong skills in managing time and organizing recruitment workflows efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines effectively.
- Detail-oriented and capable of collaborating well within a team environment.
Career Progression
Advancement opportunities include growth from HR Recruiter to Senior Recruiter, eventually leading to a Talent Acquisition Specialist position.
Compensation
Monthly salary ranges from 14,000 to 16,000 INR.
