Role Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and target-driven HR Recruiters who are enthusiastic about engaging with candidates, understanding their career goals, and matching them with suitable job openings. Effective communication, persuasive skills, and a commitment to meeting hiring objectives are essential to succeed in this role.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Identify and source candidates from ATS, databases, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Conduct a large volume of outbound calls daily to potential candidates.
  • Maintain professional and clear communication with candidates across phone, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
  • Assess candidate profiles, including experience, salary expectations, notice period, and location preferences.
  • Align candidates to appropriate positions in accordance with client requirements.
  • Arrange and ensure timely attendance for interviews.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Update and maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers, including ATS or CRM.
  • Develop and nurture a robust candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
  • Address and resolve candidate inquiries on job roles, interview procedures, compensation, and company details.
  • Collaborate with Team Leaders and Recruitment Managers to track hiring progress.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Achieve daily calling, scheduling, joining, and hiring targets.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with recruitment policies and guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Hindi communication; familiarity with regional languages is advantageous.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation capabilities.
  • Positive, target-oriented mindset with resilience in high-pressure environments.
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow up and manage relationships effectively.
  • Basic computer literacy, including MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email handling.
  • Experience or familiarity with job portals, ATS, or CRM systems preferred.
  • Graduation in any discipline is required.
  • Prior experience in BPO recruitment, volume hiring, or staffing consultancy is favorable.
  • Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
