Job Overview and Responsibilities

This role involves comprehensive management of human resources functions to support organizational effectiveness at Heifer International in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Human Resources Operations & Compliance (35%)

  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separations.
  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and practices uniformly across the organization.
  • Maintain employee records and personnel files aligning with organizational standards and legal requirements.
  • Ensure timely completion of HR documentation such as contracts, employment letters, amendments, and communications.
