Job Overview
Simon Coil and Heat Exchanger is seeking a skilled and proactive HR Manager to oversee comprehensive human resource operations within the company located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. This role involves managing recruitment, fostering positive employee relations, ensuring proper attendance tracking and payroll coordination, maintaining statutory compliance, conducting performance management, implementing HR policies, facilitating training programs, and handling all facets of employee administration.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and hire qualified candidates.
- Maintain and improve employee relations to foster a healthy workplace environment.
- Oversee attendance management and coordinate payroll functions accurately and timely.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory regulations and labor laws.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and support employee development initiatives.
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies in alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.
- Handle all employee administrative tasks to maintain effective HR operations.
