About Vibrant Tech Solution (VTS)
Vibrant Tech Solution (VTS) is seeking an HR Intern to join their Human Resources team, specifically in Talent Acquisition. This role involves supporting the recruitment process and employee sourcing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential candidates by exploring various job portals, social media platforms, and internal candidate databases.
- Evaluate resumes in line with specific job requirements and select appropriate candidates for further consideration.
- Reach out to candidates through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails to provide details about job openings and address queries.
- Arrange interviews between shortlisted candidates and HR personnel or clients.
- Keep comprehensive daily logs of candidate applications, interview progress, and follow-up actions, using Excel spreadsheets or an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Perform initial telephonic screenings to evaluate communication skills, candidate experience, and topical eligibility criteria.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Fundamental skills in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Self-assurance in making and handling phone calls with candidates.
- Strong time management and organizational capabilities.
- Adaptability to fast-paced recruitment environments.
