Role Summary
We are seeking an HR Intern to join our HR Business Partner team at our Riyadh office. This internship offers exposure to various functions and involves close collaboration with team members and leadership to provide comprehensive HR support across functions and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Help conduct orientation sessions for new employees and coordinate cross-functional orientation activities.
- Assist the HR Business Partner in preparing HR reports to facilitate ongoing HR operations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to track action items and build strong relations with HR business partners.
- Address employee inquiries by providing basic HR support or directing queries appropriately.
- Support HR Partners on various HR projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
- Academic performance should meet or exceed a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale or 4.0 on a 5.0 scale.
- Submission of an official university enrollment letter along with the resume is required.
- Strong ability to collaborate and work effectively across diverse teams and departments.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written, with effective communication skills.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently.
- Well-developed organizational skills and the ability to exercise independent judgment in complex, diverse environments.
- Experience working in teams to rapidly address challenges and problems.
