HR Executive/Senior Executive Generalist - Human Resource Management

Role Overview and Responsibilities

As an HR Executive or Senior Executive Generalist at Elite Foods & Innovations Group, you will be responsible for managing comprehensive HR functions across the employee lifecycle. Your duties will include overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records such as attendance and leave, and handling all HR documentation with meticulous attention. You will coordinate payroll data inputs and ensure compliance with statutory requirements including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), and Bonus regulations. Additionally, you will uphold adherence to labour laws and company policies, spearhead initiatives related to performance management, employee training and development, and facilitate employee engagement and welfare programs. Addressing employee grievances and nurturing positive employee relations are integral parts of the role. You will also prepare comprehensive HR reports and Management Information Systems (MIS) data. Beyond these duties, you will perform various HR Generalist functions assigned by the organization.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Possess 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
• Thorough understanding of statutory compliances related to PF, ESI, payroll coordination, and labour laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel, for documentation and reporting purposes.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills fostering effective workplace relationships.
• Strong organizational capabilities with proven problem-solving skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
