HR Executive

About the Role

Eternal Research Investment Advisor seeks an energetic HR Executive based in Gwalior to oversee comprehensive recruitment and daily human resource functions. This position requires active involvement in the entire employee lifecycle, statutory compliance, and administrative HR duties, while fostering a positive workplace atmosphere. Preference will be given to candidates possessing foundational knowledge of the stock market and investment advisory sector.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to final hiring, including screening and interview arrangements.
• Advertise job vacancies across various job boards, social media, and relevant channels.
• Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and exit procedures efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records relating to attendance, leave management, personnel files, and other HR documentation.
• Handle statutory compliance functions such as Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance, and payroll assistance.
• Ensure adherence to internal company policies as well as labor law requirements.
• Assist with performance reviews, employee engagement efforts, and workforce retention strategies.
• Respond to employee inquiries and deliver timely HR support.
• Organize training and development initiatives for staff enhancement.
• Produce relevant HR reports and maintain up-to-date employee databases.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to refine HR processes and promote a healthy workplace culture.

Candidate Requirements

• MBA with a specialization in Human Resources or a related field is preferred; however, Bachelor’s degrees in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent with substantial experience will also be considered.
• Between 1 to 3 years’ experience in HR roles such as HR Executive or Generalist.
• Practical experience in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, statutory compliance (PF, ESI), payroll support, and attendance tracking.
• Basic understanding of stock market operations, investment advisory, equities, derivatives, and financial products is advantageous.
• Experience hiring within BFSI, financial services, or investment advisory domains is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems or HR software is beneficial.
