Job Summary

This role combines end-to-end HR support with day-to-day administrative duties to keep office operations running efficiently. The position also involves ensuring regulatory compliance and handling payroll accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee core HR activities such as attendance monitoring, leave administration, medical claim handling, and issuing employee IDs.
  • Manage Employment Pass and S Pass matters, including new applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Maintain HR records and improve workflow efficiency using QuickHR.
  • Support hiring activities by arranging interviews and helping new employees settle in.
  • Assist with employee relations tasks, including drafting internal notices and supporting performance management processes.

  • Compute monthly salaries and overtime payments accurately, and ensure payroll is processed within deadlines.
  • Handle CPF submissions, IRAS filing, and government claim matters connected to HR.
  • Monitor office and pantry supplies, including ordering and replenishment.
  • Carry out general administrative work such as filing, document handling, and petty cash preparation.
  • Coordinate internal office matters to support smooth daily operations.
  • Help organize company events and employee welfare activities.
