Position Overview
Join an expanding international manufacturing and distribution company as an HR Business Partner in Euskirchen, Germany, with easy commute options from Bonn, Cologne, and Duren. This position is initially contracted for 12 months, with a high possibility of renewal or conversion to a permanent role, including progression opportunities and access to company benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and implement HR policies and procedures from the ground up for the new German site.
- Support recruitment efforts to build the initial workforce ahead of the site launching later this year.
- Collaborate with site leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals, enhancing team performance and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead talent management activities such as performance evaluations, development of team structures, and leadership growth programs.
- Create and execute recruitment strategies to fulfill operational and leadership staffing needs across Germany.
- Oversee employee relations to maintain a positive workplace environment ensuring compliance with German labor laws.
- Assist with organizational change and transformation initiatives in accordance with global HR objectives.
- Promote employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion at all organizational levels.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as an HR Business Partner with exposure to logistics, supply chain, or related operational industries.
- Proficient English language skills; knowledge of German is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of German employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Willingness and availability to work onsite daily, essential for establishing the new site successfully.
