Job description
Role Overview
This position focuses on enabling organizational success by implementing impactful people-centric strategies. The incumbent will lead efforts across performance management, talent acquisition, succession planning, and foster data-informed decisions utilizing HR analytics. Additionally, the role involves overseeing end-to-end HR functions including hiring processes, payroll management, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Building and nurturing a positive workplace culture, enhancing employee engagement, and strengthening the employer brand are also key responsibilities.
Candidate Profile
- Experience ranging between 3 to 8 years in HR roles, preferably as an HR Business Partner or in strategic HR capacities.
- A graduate educational qualification is mandatory; possession of an MBA in Human Resources is advantageous.
- Demonstrates strong business understanding coupled with excellent communication skills.
- Exhibits high emotional intelligence, sound decision-making capabilities, and effective problem-solving skills.
