About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our Asia Commercial Business HRBP Team. This role is pivotal in advancing human resources strategies by driving data-oriented decision-making and promoting AI integration throughout the Asia region. The position focuses on transforming HR processes end-to-end by aligning cross-functional teams, implementing continuous impact evaluation, and enhancing strategic influence through simplifying complexities and fostering innovation.
The individual will collaborate closely with Area HR teams, Centers of Excellence (COEs), HR Business Intelligence (HRBI), Finance, and Strategy Execution & Operations (SE&O) teams to support Asia's business goals. A key aspect of this role is developing trust with leaders to coach and improve organizational and team effectiveness while managing projects that deliver practical, client-ready results.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic consultation using insights, stakeholder engagement, effective communication, AI literacy, and change management to influence decisions and foster agility and innovation.
- Apply technical expertise with tools like Power Apps and Fabric to create and improve innovative solutions that optimize work efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR disciplines such as Talent Management, Rewards, HR Compliance, and HRBI to apply organizational diagnostics within a systems model framework.
- Utilize data and cross-business insights to guide strategy, assess impact, and develop scalable and equitable HR solutions.
- Integrate AI tools to refine decision-making processes, automate workflows, and produce replicable HR solutions.
- Lead projects from start to finish alongside Agile HRBP teams, COEs, and business leaders to deliver sustainable strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related discipline with 7+ years of experience in HR roles including business partnership, project management, AI enablement, and organizational diagnostics, or
- Master's degree in Business, HR, or related field with 4+ years of relevant HR experience, or equivalent professional background.
- Intermediate technical proficiency and certifications involving Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and related tools, with strong skills in data visualization and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in process optimization, including mapping and automating workflows.
- Capability to translate AI complexities into user-friendly, human-centric HR solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, executive communication, consulting, and storytelling skills with a proven ability to influence across organizational levels.
- Experience using Microsoft AI products such as Copilot, Viva, and Azure AI or similar technologies.
- Dedication to principles surrounding security, privacy, compliance, inclusion, accessibility, and ethical AI implementation.
