Role Overview
HPS Play Company is seeking a skilled HR Assistant and Public Relations Officer for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is intended for Saudi nationals who have hands-on experience in HR administration and government relations and are ready to contribute to a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage government relations activities, including interactions with GOSI, HRSD, Muqeem, Absher, and Qiwa platforms.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process and keep employee personnel files up to date.
- Assist with visa applications, Iqama renewals, and work permit-related procedures.
- Coordinate communication and follow-ups with ministries and other regulatory authorities.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and help ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
Requirements
- Applicants must be Saudi nationals.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in HR and/or PRO functions.
- Good working knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and government service portals.
- Prior relationships with relevant government entities are considered an advantage.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
- Candidate should be well organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a team environment.
