Position Overview
We are inviting applications for a seasoned and customer-oriented HR Adviser to join our People Experience Team. This role involves delivering end-to-end HR support throughout the employee journey to ensure a smooth, positive experience for all employees, managers, and applicants across the EMEA region, focusing primarily in Ireland.
As a dependable HR partner, you will be the main contact for HR inquiries, offering expert advice on employment policies and procedures, maintaining precise HR records, assisting with onboarding processes, and collaborating across teams to provide superior people services.
Primary Duties
- Address HR-related questions from employees, managers, Centres of Excellence (including Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Payroll), and external partners using HR case management tools and live chat.
- Provide prompt, precise, and client-focused support while adhering to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Offer guidance on HR policies, employment laws, and industry best practices.
- Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle such as onboarding, employment updates, compensation and benefits administration, leave tracking, and exit procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and local laws.
- Keep employee data accurate and up-to-date in Workday and other HR platforms.
- Ensure that HR records and reports comply with both internal standards and external regulatory requirements, conducting regular audits to guarantee data integrity.
- Oversee onboarding processes by coordinating candidate communications and facilitating a welcoming integration experience.
- Coach managers on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and employment regulations to support informed decision-making.
- Foster strong working relationships with HR Business Partners, Operations Managers, Legal, Payroll, Benefits teams, and external service providers to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
- Engage in HR projects and initiatives aimed at process enhancement and operational efficiency.
- Help advance company culture and employee engagement programs.

Educational and Professional Background
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or comparable professional experience.
- Previous roles as an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, HR Shared Services member, or Employee Experience specialist.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Irish employment legislation and established HR practices.
- Proficiency in managing the full employee lifecycle.
- Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday, and strong skills in Microsoft Office.
- Preferable qualifications and experience:
- Familiarity with supporting EMEA countries.
- CIPD or equivalent HR certification.
- Experience in shared services or multinational company environments.
- Understanding of HR case management systems.
- Contributions to enhancing HR processes and operational effectiveness.
