Job Overview
This position focuses on enhancing Japan HR operations by developing and implementing AI and automation solutions. Based in Pune, India, the HR Adviser will collaborate closely with Japan HR Shared Services teams to identify inefficiencies and design AI-driven improvements to streamline HR workflows and boost operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with Japanese HR stakeholders to gain insight into current processes and challenges.
- Discover opportunities where AI and automation can add tangible value in HR operations.
- Conceptualize and propose feasible AI solutions tailored to organizational needs.
- Develop and deploy AI solutions utilizing established AI tools and technologies.
- Conduct testing, refinement, and production rollout of AI applications.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation covering solutions, processes, and practical use cases.
- Train Japan HR teams to facilitate adoption and effective use of AI-enabled tools.
Required Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated practical experience in end-to-end development and deployment of AI solutions in real-world settings.
- Ability to showcase implemented use cases involving AI technologies.
- Expertise in large language models (LLMs) such as GPT and Claude.
- Proficiency in API integrations and automation platforms.
- Strong capability to interpret business workflows and convert them into AI applications.
- Innovative problem solver comfortable with experimental and iterative methods.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
